Assisted Living Care Facilities

Tracy Visits will focus on the social needs of the residents who live independently, but require some personal assistance, which they receive from the assisted living staff.  Tracy Visits helps their client’s social needs flourish and keeping emotionally engaged with consistent, caring, and personalized visits.
 

Skilled Nursing Care

Tracy Visits recognizes skilled nursing centers care for a variety of residents, each with different needs. Tracy Visits wants to help those residents achieve their highest potential with personalized and compassionate social visits. Tracy Visits experiences has shown that residents reminiscing about their rich life experiences gives them emotional happiness.

Memory Care

At a memory care community, staff handle all the responsibilities of life—from housekeeping and laundry to meal preparation and transportation.  Tracy Visits will give these clients the special needed attention with the use of sensory tools and memory care redirection techniques; and help bring back positive memories.

Hospice Care

Hospice care gives care to people in the final phase of a terminal illness and focuses on comfort and quality of life, rather than cure. The goal is to enable patients living each day as comfortable and free of pain as possible.  Tracy Visits offers their clients faith based prayers/readings if requested. We give the family a respite by sitting and holding their loved ones hand and having conversation or just sitting with their loved ones when they can't be present.

Memory Care Visits

While there is no cure for Alzheimer's, there are memory care tools that Tracy Visits uses to help engage your loved one that is displaying any of the signs of dementia or Alzheimers.
